Windows VPS Terms of Services

This document's terms and conditions (referred to as "Terms") govern how PrimeVPShost ("Company") provides its services and/or products (referred to as "Services and Products" collectively), as detailed in the Service Order Form, Service Level Agreement, and Service Exhibit that are attached (collectively referred to as the "Service Descriptions"). These Products and Services are supplied to the customer ("Customer") mentioned in the Service Descriptions, and they are described in any product support listings of the Company. Together, the Service Descriptions, these Terms, and any executed addenda pertaining to the Products and Services make up this "Agreement." Payment Policy

Your account will be activated only once you make your first monthly payment. Invoices will be sent to users via email about a week before the due date. It is anticipated that payment will be received by the invoice's stated date, at the latest. Account closure may result from noncompliance. Re-registration after a break will be governed by regular signup policies and fees. We retain the right to change your rate to reflect the current pricing and to reject any orders if your account becomes past due or inactive. Before account activation, further security procedures could be needed for credit card orders. Every month, all credit card payments are automatically handled.

Payments are anticipated on a monthly basis beginning with the registration date. Payments will be considered late if they are not received one day after the due date. A 15% late charge will be added to the invoice if the account is not paid within two days of the deadline. Before the late account can be authorised, the late charge needs to be paid.

Jurisdictional Disputes and Legal Authority, Legal Obligations.

The parties specifically specify that while PrimeVPSHost operates purely as the Customer's Host, it does not engage in or solicit interstate or international trade on the Customer's behalf. The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and vigorously defend PrimeVPSHost (including paying all legal costs) in any dispute or legal proceedings involving acts by the Customer that affect individuals or entities outside the state where PrimeVPSHost is named. The Customer also agrees to contest the jurisdiction of out-of-state authorities over PrimeVPSHost.

Abuse

Websites and Servers that encourage illicit activity or contain material that could damage Prime VPS Host's servers or any other internet server are strictly forbidden. It is also not permitted to link to such materials.

It is completely banned to take any action meant to harm or undermine a Prime VPS Host server or customer. You are responsible for all of your accounts as our client. Your account will be immediately cancelled without the chance of a refund if the Terms of Service are broken.

Backups and Data

PrimeVPSHost accepts no liability and will not be held accountable for client data. It is highly recommended that clients keep regular offsite backups. To learn more about the dedicated backup services that PrimeVPSHost offers, please contact them.

Refund Policy

It is our constant goal to deliver our clients the best tools, service, and lowest costs around. It's crucial to remember, nevertheless, that PrimeVPShost strictly prohibits refunds for any VPS and dedicated hosting plans. Prior to the monthly renewal time, customers can terminate their service with PrimeVPShost without incurring any further fees. We recommend you to ask our staff what the approximate server setup time is before placing your order with PrimeVPShost.

Even while we work hard to provide timely service, there may be times when high demand and practical limitations make it impossible for us to fulfil setup expectations right away. While dedicated servers may require one to three business days for setup, virtual private servers usually require one to three hours. We advise against completing your transaction if our projected setup time conflicts with your needs.

Customers can speak with our staff about urgent server setup requirements and, if available, request an expedited setup time of 1-2 days. A complete refund may be given at PrimeVPShost's discretion if the requested server is unavailable and the dedicated hosting service cannot be provided.
